You are changing your career...watch out and ask the following questions. Do some deep self-introspection and research about the new career you are planning to move into:
• Do you really wish to shift? Why?
• What is so attractive about the new career you have in mind?
• What are the trade-offs?
• Are you fit in every sense to get into the new career?
• What will the future hold for you in the new career?
• If at all you are shifting should it be only to the career you now have in mind? Or are there others?
• Is money the main motivating factor? If yes will it sustain your need to have job satisfaction?
• Who will be the best set of people you will need to go to to effect the switch?
Do a deep research and analysis through knowledge bases; by interviewing professionals, experts and friends; and by studying the trends and behaviours of others already in the career you are studying. Take time to make the switch. Do not hurry.
