Recruiting Process -

Step 1 - Initial discussion with Hiring Manager / detailed Job specification / Response time to submit.

Step 2 – Best available candidate sourcing strategy – Given to recruiter who specializes in specific domain area

Step 3 – Collect Pool of candidates – Matching the best in terms of Exp, rates and Location and Consultants preferences.

Step 4 – Technical screening, communication screen, Face to face Interview if possible, reference check and negotiation on commercial terms. Find out need of the candidate to accept this job. ( Weed out job fishing candidates)

Step 5 – Submission to Hiring Manager the best candidate by account manager.

Step 6 – Feedback solicited From Hiring Manager on submission to fine tune search.

Solution Selling Process .

Step 1 - Identify the pain of the business

Step 2 - Document the same and make sure business owners agree. Set priority and expected solutions that would directly address the pain in terms of investments, long term view of the solutions and identify the technology that would meet the criteria.

Step 3 - Brain storm solutions options available with Pros and Cons of each solutions.

Step 4 - Execute plan with small incremental investments to show ROI at each step.
