CitiBank Customer engaged BizTech staff for deisgn, maintaining their campaign management and Real time personalization application. Team also partcipated in prototype desige participation using Epiphany Real Time personalization application for Citibank's Call Centers.

Compaq – HP R2K project Deployment – First successful Web based Call Center CRM Project and BizTech team responsible for multiple releases, performance management, sustenance maintenance of the Global R2K application.

Sun Chemical – Global rollout of Epiphany Sales Force Automation Project for both Color and Ink division. Assembled a high profile team to design, deploy, customize, train users and handled overall project management of Epiphany SFA product globally. Integrated the Epiphany Application through BizTalk middleware with 6 ERP applications. Project was successfully delivered on budget and within agreed timeframe.

American Express Business Intelligence Project involving Informatica backend and Microstrategy front end. Project was offshored to a vendor and customer not happy with the performance of the offshore vendor team. BizTech team was invited to do assessment and make recommendation for project restoration. Initial high caliber team was on ground to evaluate the damage and was able to restore and show immediate results within 2 months. Project Team still continuing in their multiple phase project and customer loves the project management team. Great value and strong value proposition to engage BizTech.

Dell Financial Services Business Intelligence Project involving Hyperion product customization,deployment and testing. Had both Functional and Technical consultants gathering the requirements and participated in successful roll out of the application.

AutoTrader BizTech participated in Epiphany upgrade, Performance improvement and Sustenance Maintenance Project. Also responsible for infrastructure maintenance. Customization of Epiphany Service and Sales product. Provided guidance on product upgrade, performance tuning and resolved release bugs on regular basis.

Eagle Global Logistics – Oracle Financial Global Application Support. Participated in Global Oracle Financial Application both Functional and Technical role. Helped the business in maintainenace of Oracle Financial in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Asset etc.,

Bacardi – Global FICO deployment. BizTech put together an 6 member team of Senior FICO team to do global roll out of FICO for this Global Beverage Manufacturer. BizTech Team was part of Global Implementator Partner and successfully completed the Phase 1 with Budget and timeframe. Also participating and completed Phase 2 of the project successfully.

ChevronPhilips – HCM Travel Management deployment. BizTech participated in HCM Travel Management project for this Global Specialty Chemical Organization. BizTech consultant was part of In House team and participated in configuration and functional testing of the Travel Management apps. Completed the project within Budget and estimated timeframe.
