Krishna Hari is the CEO of BizTech Solutions Inc. Hari currently provides leadership and vision to the organization’s strategy, manages P&L, and provides strategic help for customers in their CRM/ERP/BI strategic planning, operational and project needs. Every year in the past five years, the organization has shown steady growth in profits, revenue, customer acquisition, employee hiring, and provides solutions to enterprise customers who have CRM/ERP/BI business solution needs. BizTech was listed as one of the Top 25 lists of fastest growing technology firms in Houston. Currently, BizTech is a SAP Services Partner. Hari spent 8+ years in IT/ enterprise solutions and developed profitable business centres in Middle East (Bahrain & Muscat) and the Indian market, before coming to the United States in 1997. Krishna Hari has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo, Ohio and an undergraduate degree from Regional Engineering College, Nagpur, India. Hari loves spending quality time with his family and friends. He also enjoys reading books, listening to classical Indian Carnatic music, and playing golf and tennis. Hari serves as Secretary of the Executive Board for the local, non-profit Hindu temple of The Woodlands, which is involved in community services, arts and culture, and social programs for local community.
As Director of Operations, Rajee Hari manages a team of recruiting professionals in US and also offshore in India and is instrumental in driving the sales revenue and increasing the customer base for the organization. Rajee has an Executive MBA degree from Texas A&M, class of ’16. She has a Master’s in Biochemistry from India and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from University of Toledo, Ohio. A Biotechnology Scientist by training, she has worked in the field with pioneering organizations like Genentech and Lexicon Pharmaceuticals for nearly 10 years before joining BizTech in 2007. She currently resides in The Woodlands, Texas along with her husband and 2 children. Her interests include reading, Indian classical art forms, watching movies, gardening and volunteering.
Shoba Prabhakaran is Director of Human Resources and Accounts of BizTech Solutions Inc. Shoba leads the accounting team with Payables and Receivables in addition to managing/overlooking the human resources. Shoba joined BizTech as Human Resource Manager in 2010 and worked for two years before assuming the current position. Prior to 2010, she held similar positions with companies and banks in Texas and in India. She also served as an adjunct faculty for Mathematics at a Community College in Texas. Shoba studied Mathematics as an undergraduate degree and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with Finance from Sam Houston University, Texas. She lives in The Woodlands, Texas with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters.
